We aim to be transparent and fair. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Our Commitment

At My Dream Consultancy, we take pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Consultancy Services

For ongoing consultancy retainers and project-based engagements, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation requests made more than 14 days before the commencement date are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before commencement will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before commencement are non-refundable, as resources will already have been allocated.
  • Work already delivered and accepted by the client is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Digital Products & Reports

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable reports, frameworks, templates, and similar digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Events & Workshops

For tickets to events, seminars, and workshops organised by My Dream Consultancy:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 21 days before the event date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–21 days before the event date.
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
  • Ticket transfers to another attendee are permitted at no charge with prior notice.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our client services team using the details below. Please include your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.

Response Time Within 2 business days

We handle every refund request individually and always strive for a fair outcome for all parties.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund has been approved, you can expect:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days.
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3–5 business days.
  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside our direct control once processed on our end.

Exceptions & Disputes

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have evidence of abuse of this policy, or where the services have been fully rendered and accepted.

If you believe your refund has been incorrectly declined, you may escalate the matter in writing to the address above. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior member of our team within 5 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
